About Pilates at SEED Studio
At Seed Studio, Pilates is a holistic practice rooted in mindful movement and self-awareness. We honour the Joseph Pilates Method while emphasizing the relationship between teacher and student.
With just 5 reformers per class, our intentionally small studio allows for personalized attention, safe progression, and meaningful results. Pilates offers a premium, personalized experience. With small class sizes, top-tier equipment, and ongoing teacher education, we prioritize quality over quantity to deliver exceptional results.
Pricing, Memberships & Passes

Monthly memberships require a contract deposit equal to 50% of one month’s payment. Once your membership term is complete, this deposit will either be returned or applied toward a future membership or pass purchase.
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. -
Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase. In accordance with the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, members may cancel within 10 days of receiving a copy of the agreement or due to a material change in circumstances or services. Examples include relocating more than 30 km from your residence at the time of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Written notice is required to place a membership on hold. Memberships may be suspended for up to 30 days if you are away. A $50 suspension fee applies.

Booking & Scheduling

Classes can be booked through the Mindbody App or via our website. Simply select your class and reserve your spot.

Why is Mindbody asking me to pay again after purchasing a pass?
Mindbody activates your pass on the date of your first booked class.
If your first class is booked for a future date, the pass cannot be used for earlier classes until that initial booking occurs.
Tip: Cancel the future booking, book the earlier class, then rebook your other classes. Once your first class is attended, your pass is fully active.Why wasn’t I automatically moved from the waitlist?
To be automatically promoted from the waitlist, you must have:An active pass
An available class credit
If your pass is full or expired, you’ll need to purchase a new pass to guarantee automatic promotion.
Cancellation & Attendance Policies

We require 12 hours’ notice to cancel a class. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will result in:
A $12 late cancellation fee
Loss of the class credit
Classes can be cancelled through the Mindbody App or website.

If you cancel within the early cancellation window, there is no penalty and the class credit remains on your account. Single visit passes expire 10 days from purchase. If you cannot attend within that time, please contact us to discuss refund or credit options.

Mat Classes – Foundational, body-weight based, and prop-supported
Tower Classes – Spring resistance for strength, mobility, and alignment
Reformer Classes – Full-body workouts using adjustable resistance
Mixed Apparatus – A combination of reformer, tower, mat, arcs, and jump board
Postnatal Rehab – Gentle, supportive classes for new mothers (Babies welcome, with extra in-studio support available)

Private Pilates is available for all levels.
Pricing:
60-minute Private: $110
60-minute Semi-Private (2 people): $70 per person
Private sessions are ideal for personalized goals, injury recovery, or deeper one-on-one guidance.

New to Pilates? We recommend starting with 3–5 Beginner or Foundation classes to familiarize yourself with the movements and equipment. Our Foundation Package offers a blend of group and private sessions for additional support.
Once you’ve completed a few beginner classes at Seed Studio, you’re welcome to explore other levels. Our instructors are always happy to guide you.

All new clients begin with a Foundation class, regardless of prior experience. This allows our instructors to assess your understanding of the Pilates system taught at Seed Studio before advancing you to Intermediate classes.
Current members may email us to request a single Intermediate class purchase.
