Postnatal Rehab - 6 Week Series

This series is intended to help new mothers reconnect with their core and begin to move mindfully in a way that supports the changes their body has undergone during pregnancy and through recovery. No experience necessary this class is open to all mothers.

*You are welcome to bring your baby to class and we will have an extra set of hands in the studio to help, hold or cuddle as needed.

Prenatal and postnatal Reiki supports relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, and promotes emotional balance, helping both parent and baby feel more calm, connected, and supported during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates Classes


Prenatal Pilates strengthens the deep core and pelvic floor to support the body during pregnancy, while postnatal Pilates aids recovery by relieving tension, restoring core strength and supporting healing after birth, including diastasis recti.
