Heather Obre
Studio Manager, Pilates Instructor
-
Heather fell in love with Pilates in her 20s after many years of competitive dance (and several injuries), and started practicing mat classes while completing her yoga teacher training. It wasn’t long before she started incorporating many of the Pilates methods into all her classes because she truly believes there is no better way to strengthen and rehabilitate the human body.
When she is not at Seed, you can find her teaching yoga at a few other places in town, or busy being a mama to her 2 small kids.
Aside from teaching Reformer and Tower classes, Heather’s private and semi private schedule is bookable below.
Christina Ganong
Reiki Energy Healer
-
Christina provides Reiki with Gemstone Energy paired with an Intuitive Reading of your auric and energetic health. This incredibly healing practice serves to tap into and cleanses your emotional, energetic and auric fields. Each session is 90 minutes and includes a brief discussion before and after about what you are feeling in your energetic body. It includes what you are looking to heal or change in your life, a follow up email with her personal reading of your energy, what stones she used in your session and any other useful information to take home with you to help you integrate the Reiki into your daily routine.
Reiki is a wonderful modality to add to your personal healing regime. Reiki taps into your energy field and helps to locate and dislodge stuck emotions and stagnant energy in the subconscious.
In addition to Reiki, she uses her intuitive gifts to get a reading on what your body is trying to communicate through the Reiki. She takes this reading and explains it to you to the best of her ability to help you gain perspective on what your emotional, energetic and physical body are in need of. No matter where you are in your journey, whether you are just starting out or have had many Reiki sessions before, she is here to guide you and hold space for you.
