These classes are ideal for those new to Pilates, new to apparatus-based Pilates, or anyone looking for a thoughtful refresher. We’ll start with the fundamentals, focusing on safe, confident use of the mat, reformer, and tower.

Using a wide range of foundational exercises, these classes build core strength and postural support while establishing efficient, functional movement patterns. The goal is to increase body awareness in everyday activities and create a strong, supportive baseline—whether you’re beginning your Pilates journey, returning after injury, or post-birth.

While rooted in the foundations, don’t underestimate these classe, they deliver a full-body, strength-building workout. The structure is designed with pregnancy-safe positions in mind, and modifications are always offered.

If you’re new to Pilates or hesitant to jump into a group class, 1:1 sessions provide a supportive introduction to the reformer and equipment with personalized, hands-on guidance. Your instructor will introduce the Pilates method while identifying your goals, movement abilities, and any postural or alignment needs.

Private sessions are also ideal for injury recovery, returning to movement after time off, or easing back into exercise postpartum. In this setting, we assess your needs and create a safe, effective path forward—guiding your progression at SEED Studio in a way that supports your body and your goals.

**Prior Foundation Class experience or instructor approval is required to sign-up for Intermediate Classes.

Intermediate classes are for students with a confident grasp of foundational exercises. With less focus on instruction and more on refinement, classes emphasize deeper muscle engagement, precision, and control through the Powerhouse. Expect increased complexity, a quicker pace, dynamic transitions, and a flow that challenges stability, coordination, and endurance. Sessions may incorporate mat, tower, and reformer work.

This is ideally suited for dedicated students who like to consistently attend class AT LEAST EVERY OTHER DAY, or 4-5x per week. This membership can be used to attend any of our drop in group classes. Waitlist Protocol & Confirmation Guidelines

We want you to be able to book the classes that best fit your schedule and preferences. If a class is full, please be sure to add yourself to the waitlist. Should a spot become available, Mindbody will automatically notify you by email or text once you’ve been moved from the waitlist into the class.

To ensure you receive these notifications, please confirm that email and text alerts are enabled in your Mindbody account and that your contact information is up to date.

Cancellation &
Late Fee Policy

If you’re unable to attend a class, our standard cancellation policy applies. Reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the class start time to ensure your visit is returned to your account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will incur a $12 late cancellation fee.

We understand that emergencies do happen, and this policy helps us remain respectful of both our instructors’ and our fellow clients’ time.
