Our Studio

Our studio was created as a small, intentional space where movement and wellness can exist side-by-side. From the beginning, the focus has been simple: offer a calm, focused environment where clients can fully engage in their Pilates practice or arrive for wellness treatments without distraction.

This is not a high-traffic gym. It is a space designed to feel personal, quiet, and respectful of everyone inside it.

Our Story

The studio was built around the idea that quality matters more than volume. Rather than creating a large, busy environment, the goal was to offer a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and able to focus on their bodies and their health.

Every detail in the studio reflects that intention, from the equipment we use to how we maintain the space and guide client experience.

The Studio Experience

When you walk into the studio, you’ll notice right away that it feels different from a typical fitness space. It is smaller, quieter, and more focused.

We share the space between Pilates sessions and wellness appointments, so we ask everyone to be mindful of the environment and the people around them.

A Quiet, Focused Environment

Because the studio is intimate, we keep chatter to a minimum. At times, there may be clients in a treatment room, and maintaining a calm atmosphere is important for their experience as well as yours.

This creates a space where you can truly focus on your session without unnecessary distractions.

A Phone-Free Space

We encourage a phone and Apple Watch-free environment. This helps maintain presence during sessions and supports the studio's overall calm, focused atmosphere.

Studio Guidelines

We have a bathroom available if you need to change before or after your session.

Because the space is shared and relatively small, we ask that everyone remain mindful of noise levels and respect the overall environment.

These small considerations help keep the studio comfortable for everyone.

Cleanliness & Studio Care

Keeping the studio clean is a priority, both for your comfort and for the longevity of the equipment.

We primarily use BeClean products, from multipurpose cleaners to hand soap. These are local products that align with how we want to care for the space day to day. For the equipment, we clean the machines after every use with Doterra OnGuard concentrate. It is safe for the equipment while still providing a deep clean. Each machine is cleaned after every use using Doterra OnGuard concentrate.

During deeper cleaning routines, we may use stronger detergents when needed.

Studio Equipment

We exclusively use Balanced Body and Contrology by Balanced Body equipment.

This is something we are very proud of. The quality and design of this equipment support a consistent, precise Pilates experience and allow us to maintain a high standard across all sessions.

Studio Parking

Parking is simple and accessible.

You can use the parking lot across the street, street parking nearby, or the RBC parking lot.

What to Bring

For your Pilates sessions, there are just a few simple things to keep in mind.

  • Grip socks are mandatory. You can bring your own or purchase them at the studio.

  • We ask that you avoid wearing spiky jewelry, especially rings, as well as clothing with back zippers. These can damage the leather on the equipment.

  • Bringing a water bottle is always a good idea. We also provide small hand towels at the door if you need them during your session.

  • There is no need to bring any equipment. Everything you need is already provided.

For wellness sessions, there is nothing specific you need to prepare.

  • Come as you are.
